Sorbus was established in 2006 by our CEO Ros Hawley.

Before setting up Sorbus, Ros spent over 25 years working in the airline and retail industries, leading and motivating small teams in customer facing operations, call centres and strategic planning functions. Team building is her speciality and she is experienced in introducing complex change with minimal fuss, with a reputation for creative and pragmatic conflict resolution.

Ros developed her coaching skills at Henley Business School where she is on the Register of Coaches. She is an NLP practitioner and a member of the Association for Coaching.
