Chris Menlove- Platt

"I am a coach who enjoys helping people access the resources that reside within their greatest asset – their own unconscious mind. I work with both business men and women as well as private individuals whilst, in the field of sports my interest is with Road/Endurance Runners.

I am a Master Practitioner of NLP and an internationally accredited NLP Trainer. I am also a MBTI facilitator. In the field of running, I hold a UK Athletics Level 1 Coaching certificate and will shortly be a qualified UKA Endurance Running Coach.”

Tim Kerr

“My passion for effective mental performance under pressure has led me to coach elite athletes in several sports, including professional rugby union, professional football, international athletics, national basketball and professional tennis.”

He has also worked with top coaches, team managers and business leaders, sharing trainable techniques that promote quality decision making and execution in the toughest situations.

Tim is based in Sussex and is actively involved in the Point Foundation - www.pointfoundation.co.uk

Paul Birch

Paul’s interests and specialities lie within personal coaching, management and leadership development and team effectiveness especially in times of change and in highly regulated environments.

“My experience lies in developing others into management and executive roles and I am keenly interested in understanding why some people and management teams succeed more than others, especially in the highest levels of organisations”.

Paul is a NLP Practitioner and a Member of the INLPTA. He is accredited in the Insights® model and has completed Transactional Analysis 101 Course. He has also been accredited to run Leading and Developing High Performance© programmes. He holds an MBA, is an Associate of the Personal Finance Society, Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute and a Chartered Financial Planner.

Paul is based in Yorkshire where he is Associate Business Advisor on Yorkshire & Humberside Business Growth Programme, Leeds University Business School.

Rebecca Brenda Klug

Having spent the best part of three decades in a range of management and leadership roles both in the UK and overseas, Rebecca has found her niche as a coach helping others to be the best they can.

“I am constantly amazed at how straightforward individual change can be when I am working with people, giving them the time and space to explore themselves.”

Confidence building, interpersonal skills, team management, time management and finding the blocks that are stopping progress, are some of the areas that Rebecca most enjoys working in.

She is a Master Practitioner of NLP and accredited in Extended DISC and ‘ie’ (JCA) – an emotional intelligence psychometric. She holds an MBA, an Advanced Certificate in Executive Coaching and is completing a post-graduate diploma in Coaching & NLP.

Based in the West Midlands/Welsh borders, Rebecca is a member of the Institute of Directors, an affiliate of the CIPD and a Fellow of the Royal Geographical Society.

Joy Hordern

With more than 20 years working in the competitive world of international air travel, where her career moved seamlessly between Human Resources and line management at the highest level, Joy has a wealth of ‘hands-on’ experience in quality Customer Service delivery and people management issues in our ever changing environment. Now working as an independent consultant and executive coach, her interests are increasingly directed towards the voluntary sector.

“My greatest love is in supporting and inspiring people to develop and achieve their goals. I’ve found this works best when supported by the people around you, so communication and teamwork are, unsurprisingly, an important part of all my work. Seeing clients emerge as leaders, confident and comfortable in their own skin is hugely satisfying”.

Joy is based in London and developed her coaching experience at Henley Business School.
