1. Personal effectiveness
Open workshop for single delegates or small groups. Using personal profiles to discover your preferred way of working and how that relates to everyone else in your world. How to find ways of communicating more effectively with your colleagues and getting your message across. Adapting your style to have more impact and find that breakthrough moment: ‘If you always do what you have always done….. you will always get what you’ve always got’ So try a different way!

2. Team Building
Tailored workshop to address a specific business situation. Teams of 3 - 20 people. This is based on the personal profile, but includes 360° feedback across the team and is very powerful. Unlike physical challenges and boot camps there is no competitive element as teams are supposed to work with each other not against each other. However it is still great fun and it WORKS! The day is designed to address whatever business issue you are working on – a specific project, a new boss with a new team, a team in need of a bit of rejuvenation and tlc.

3. Team Celebration
A tailored motivational/reward event that allows a group to celebrate and develop at the same. This event is ideal for motivating a team, giving them a great day, but at the same time keeping it business orientated. A team building workshop using personal profiles is supplemented with another activity which works for your team such as golf coaching, pampering….ring us now to discuss what would really work for you.

4. Unity and Harmony
An open workshop which is really all about how to avoid Employment Tribunals! Using personal profiles we identify how conflict and misunderstanding arises and the best way to defuse situations and find a way through that works for everyone. This also includes an overview of the relevant employment legislation and a look at the new Equality Act.

All workshops are over one day and are held in the Crawley/ East Grinstead area or your own premises for team events.
